Admission Rules

• All guests are required to purchase a pass upon entry (Infants, Children, Teens and Adults)

• Parents/Guardians are responsible for children at all times

• Adults must be accompanied by a child

• Socks only are required for all guests in the Play Area (also available for purchase)

• Shoes, Boots, Sandals, and other footwear are not permitted in the play area

• Drinks and Coffee are ok, but must stay on a white table in the party area

• Outside Snacks are welcome, but please no Meals like Pizza or Fast Food

• Play Structures are designed for children, but adults  may assist if needed.

• As per manufacturer's instruction, individual's weight should not exceed 200lbs for Play Structures. If assistance is needed, please ask Staff for help

• For safety precautions, each play area is based on child's age and abilities

• No running, spitting, hitting, rough play, or inappropriate language is permitted

• No Climbing on Structure Netting

• Party Celebrations are NOT permitted during regular business hours (Gifts, Balloons, and party supplies are not permitted) Party reservations are required

• Outside snacks and drink are permitted in the Party Area Only (Cake and Cupcakes are NOT permitted)

• Please no strollers or wagons in the facility 

• No personal Play Items (toys, dolls, games, balls, etc...) are permitted 

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items

• Gum is not permitted

• Sharp objects on clothing or body are not permitted in order to protect the play equipment, furnishings, and other guests

• No Weapons or Firearms allowed on the premises. 

• NO VAPE PENS are allowed in the facility. 

• Loose/Baggy clothing is not permitted on those using the play structure in order to avoid injury

• Please no smoking by the entrance

• All guests must be free of illness

• Please be respectful at all times
